A delegation of the executive management of the Indonesian Hajj Fund Management Agency (BPKH) visited the Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI) on 11 January 2023 and discussed renewing collaboration in areas of mutual interest.
Led by Mr. Fadlul Imansyah, Chief of Executive Management, the BPKH delegation expressed the agency’s appreciation for the partnership with the Institute and highlighted new areas of potential collaboration.
Dr. Rami Abdelkafi, Team Leader of IsDBI Knowledge Leaders Team, received the BPKH delegation on behalf of IsDBI Acting Director General, Dr. Sami Al-Suwailem.
IsDBI had long-standing relations with BPKH and previously organized training courses to develop the knowledge and skills of the agency’s officials.
In his remarks, Mr. Imansyah expressed the agency’s desire to renew the collaboration with IsDBI in major areas that include training in Islamic finance and joint research.
Dr. Abdelkafi thanked BPKH for the visit and assured of the Institute’s readiness to support the agency with customized capacity-building solutions.
Members of the BPKH delegation included Ms. Sulistyowati (Member of Executive Board), Mr. Amri Yusuf (Member of Executive Board), Mr. Heru Muara Sidik (Member of Supervisory Board), Mr. Ahmad Zaky (Deputy, Human Resources and General Affairs), and Mr. Emir Rio Krishna (Executive Secretary).
